Principle 2 - Exercise Oversight Responsibility
Attribute 2.10 - These responsibilities are supported by the organizational structure that management establishes. The oversight body oversees management's design, implementation, and operation of the entity's organizational structure so that the processes necessary to enable the oversight body to fulfill its responsibilities exist and are operating effectively.

Jamie's Story
I directed questions to the Maricopa County Recorder, expecting a response since this is an elected position. I incorrectly assumed that elected officials would be interested in addressing citizen concerns. There was a brief interface between me and the Maricopa County Recorder. However, there was no response to my inquiries. Maricopa County Recorder appeared to not value his oversight role. I also receive no responses from the Arizona Secretary of State, who provides oversight to all Arizona County elections.
Katie Hobbs appeared to be ineffective at overseeing Arizona's Elections given the unusually high number of Election Anomalies that occurred during the 2020 General Election and 2022 Mid-term Election.
