Jamie's Story
Contractual changes may have been necessary during the Covid-19 pandemic and associated public health mandates during the 2020 General Election and 2022 Mid-term Election. However, no change justification package was provided with the Runbeck contract. Most concerning is the Disaster Recovery portion of the contract; the change was significant, but doesn't appear to have the appropriate approval signatures.

Governance issues identified from Arizona Attorney General's Office 2020 General Election Investigation of Arizona Senate allegations of Maricopa County Election Department - Drop Box Collections issues. As previously stated, in Attribute 9.06, MC changes were being made, which resulted in procedure violations. Apparently, there was no process to address these challenges.
