On April 15, 2026, the Judge presiding over Jamie's case against Maricopa County for an inadequate response to her Public Records Request summarized the case and determines that an Evidentiary Hearing was necessary.

No governance gaps were identified from this Judiciary document since the content was a summary of my Plaintiff's Brief and the Defense Brief, which had already been addressed (See Jamie's Timeline, below). No new observations of Maricopa County practices or behaviors were noted.
