Election Anomalies
Arizona Senate allegations arose from a failure to recognize the Arizona Senates Oversight Role. These allegations were investigated and reported on by the Arizona Attorney General's Office 2020 General Election Investigation.After more than a year since the 2020 General Election, MC leadership had not compiled the information necessary to resolve numerous allegations. MC leadership and employees lacked transparency. The AZ AG's inspector was not supplied with enough information to resolve the following allegations and closed the report with an Undetermined status.
The following statement is made in the AZ AG's Office 2020 General Election inverstigation.
"After October 21, 2020, the number of ballots received became too large to utilize the ballot counter and the decision was made to weigh the trays containing approximately 200 ballots each."
The inspector's report did not suggest there were no disciplinary actions taken in response to making an impromptu "decision" that could have adversely affected a critical output (i.e. election integrity).
