Attribute 2.13 - The oversight body is responsible for overseeing the remediation of deficiencies as appropriate and for providing direction to management on appropriate time frames for correcting these deficiencies.

Jamie's Story
Katie Hobbs appeared to be ineffective at overseeing Arizona's Elections given the unusually high number of Election Anomalies that occurred during the 2020 General Election and 2022 Mid-term Election. Per this Attribute, 2.13, oversight body is responsible for overseeing the remediation of deficiencies. While the same issues may not have occurred, the election processes were organizational and/or structurally deficient to have such a large number of anomalies recur.
