This Green Book attribute, 13.07 emphasizes the use of quality information with the following statement, "Quality information is appropriate, current, complete, accurate, accessible, verifiable, retained as appropriate, and provided on a timely basis." The AZ AG's inspector's report states 56,226 early ballots were undeliverable as reported by the USPS inspector. MC Voter Registration database may be questioned as containing quality information, if contained over 56,000 fictitious addresses. Fraudsters many use other loopholes in the voter registration process to maliciously acquire valid early ballots for fraudulent purposes. If the MC Voter Registration database contains over 56,000 fictitious addresses, what other errors does the database contain?
