Propose a Bill for Consideration by the Arizona Legislature

I'm not sure how this goes; I have never submitted a proposed Bill to an Arizona Senator or Representative. I don't know how this will work because I'm sure the views of many different stakeholders will need to be considered. I believe the solution will need to be negotiated; this isn't a binary solution. There are many alternatives to be considered. I believe my efforts to bring attention to these governance concerns will end once an Arizona Senator or Representative agrees to present the idea and push it through the legislative process.
