Add detail to the following headings. The reader should understand the Green Book was used to determine if organizational observations had any relevance to governance. An observation wasn't a governance concern if the topic was not addressed by the Green Book.

Began collecting observations that conflicted with my work experience, with specific emphasis on CAP. I wanted to see how corrective actions were created from lessons learned from investigation of problems for the purpose of improving organizational effectiveness. 

I could not relate to the response provided by MC employees.

Discovered the GAO. standard, Green Book

=== Comparison ===
The Green Book was initially used to determine if my observations would be considered a valid governance concern. Some of my concerns were based on my work experience. I dropped the concern if not addressed by the Green Book. H
