Observationsce
Began collecting observations that conflicted with my work experience, with specific emphasis on CAP. I wanted to see how corrective actions were created from lessons learned from investigation of problems for the purpose of improving organizational effectiveness.
I could not relate to the response provided by MC employees.
Standard
Discovered the GAO. standard, Green Book
Comparison
The Green Book was initially used to determine if my observations would be considered a valid governance concern. Some of my concerns were based on my work experience. I dropped the concern if not addressed by the Green Book. H
