According to Mr. Ray Valenzuela, Director of TS Elections, Level I Signature Verifiers should be able to process around 250 signature verifications every 30 minutes (7.2 seconds per ballot).[1] By design, a Signature Verifier is expected to be the single barrier between to prevent a fraudulent vote.
